There is a scheduling order now, providing deadlines for IBM to answer SCO's Motion to Compel IBM to Produce Sam Palmisano for Deposition. IBM's memo in opposition is due February 11, and then SCO has until March 4 to respond. Also, the order gives SCO until February 25 to file its Reply Memorandum in Support of its Renewed Motion to Compel Discovery.

I assume that the crossed out word "PROPOSED" implies that this was an
IBM draft that got rubber-stamped?[ Reply to This | # ]

I expect we will see in IBM's memorandum a recitation of the delays and
obstruction that SCOG has laid in the path of IBM as well as the very small
number of depositions that SCOG has actually taken.
We may get some real insight into how discovery is proceeding.

I will show,
I will not say no,
I can be here,
I can be there,
I can be anywhere.
I will answer with truth,
I will show the proof,
I will tell you thing one,
I will show you thing two,
I will answer for you.
