Just checking

I assume that the crossed out word "PROPOSED" implies that this was an
IBM draft that got rubber-stamped?

Prediction for IBM Memo
Authored by: rsteinmetz70112 on Monday, January 31 2005 @ 09:09 PM EST
I expect we will see in IBM's memorandum a recitation of the delays and
obstruction that SCOG has laid in the path of IBM as well as the very small
number of depositions that SCOG has actually taken.

We may get some real insight into how discovery is proceeding.

Sam, I am

I will show,
I will not say no,
I can be here,
I can be there,
I can be anywhere.

I will answer with truth,
I will show the proof,
I will tell you thing one,
I will show you thing two,
I will answer for you.
