There will be a hearing in SCO v. Novell on January 11th at 10:30 AM Utah time. Here's what Pacer has:

Specifically, it wants William Broderick's, Chris Sontag's, Blake Stowell's, Erik Hughes's, one of Jeff Hunsaker's, and six experts' depositions.

or Novell's demand for sworn declartions by SCO lawyers, specifying why each
deposition NOT turned over was not turned over.
