Who decides a hearing is cancelled?

I don't get it. What Cahn filed here is a "Notice of Hearing
Cancellation". Shouldn't Cahn be filing a "Request for Hearing
Cancellation", and the court (i.e. the judge) should be deciding whether
the hearing is or isn't held? Or is Cahn now not only the trustee, but also the
de facto judge?

Okay, seriously. When was the last non-canceled BK hearing?

I mean, as far as I can recall they haven't had a hearing since what, March? How can his continue?

Does Judge Gross not have the option of un-canceling a hearing, or does he just not care?

I've got $5 that says the November 8th meeting will be
cancelled or moved as well.

Any takers?

The big tent with all the action will be on November 8.

Really? Why should we believe that?

Why don't we just cancel Nov 8

Why doesn't someone just file a motion to cancel November 8
altogether? It might get approved and then Monday would just
become November 9 ;)
